The Arrival of Your Little Prince or Princess Can Throw Your Life Off Balance

With the arrival of the Royal baby, the world has gone baby crazy! For lots of women out there, the arrival of a new baby can feel like your world has completely changed. You are no longer in control – a small person is! Plus, it can be equally as daunting when you are also planning on returning to work.
Looking after a little one is a full-time job in itself, without having to worry about your actual paid job. The transition can sometimes prove to be difficult.  But don't worry, with the right work/life balance, you'll be feeling positive and ready to take on the world.
Returning to work after maternity leave can bring out a range of issues and emotions to consider. We all have our own interpretation of what the work/life balance means, creating a different meaning to each and everyone one of us. It is very much a personal experience and what equates to a good balance for us as individuals.
With a new baby, the practicalities will mean that a balance will need to be struck - a balance that fits in with you being a mother and you being an employee or boss.
